Kender du smagen af et frisk smørbagt wienerbrød? I løbet af dette hands-on kursus lærer du at bage dansk hygge.
En professionel konditor med mange års erfaring vil guide dig gennem alle de forskellige bageteknikker og tips, herunder at ælte, rulle og folde en wienerbrødsdej med smør. Vi laver et udvalg af 4 forskellige slags traditionelle og lækre danske wienerbrød. For eksempel lækre kanelsnegle, smukt drejede frøsnappere med marcipanremonce og spandauere med creme.
Kurset vil have en pause med kaffe/te, hvor du kan smage nogle af dine Wienerbrød og udveksle dine kulturelle erfaringer og bageoplevelser. Du kan tage resten af wienerbrødene med hjem og dele med din familie eller venner. I arbejder sammen 2 og 2, så hvis du bestiller dette kursus alene, skal du være opmærksom på, at du vil blive sat sammen med en anden bageentusiast. Men dette er også en god chance for at møde nye mennesker.

Bemærk
Hele processen med at lave wienerbrød er en udfordring og er tidskrævende. Vi har derfor forberedt en dej, så vi har tid til at lave, bage og smage på wienerbrødene. Mens de hæver, vil vi så lave en dej fra bunden af, så I vil stadig gennemgå alle faser i løbet af kurset.
Vær opmærksom på at kurset kan tage lidt længere tid, så derfor anbefaler vi, at I kommer 10 minutter før kurset starter.
Børn
Børn fra 11 år er velkomne på kurset, hvis de køber billet og deltager sammen med en betalende voksen. Børn fra 13 år kan deltage alene, men venligst kontakt mig før I reserverer, så jeg kan bekræfte. Jeg accepterer kun betalende deltagere i køkkenet.
Dress code
Bær praktisk tøj og komfortable flade sko. Undgå at have sort tøj på, da du vil bruge mel i det meste af kurset. Hvis du ønsker at medbringe dit eget stof forklæde, er du velkommen til det. Alternativt udleverer vi engangsforklæder i plastik.
Opskrifter
Fine detaljerede opskrifter sendes til jeres e-mail efter kurset, så det er vigtigt, at I oplyser jeres e-mail adresse. Det betyder også, at I kan koncentrere jer om bagningen og tage flotte billeder af jeres lækre wienerbrød.
Allergier og særlige behov
Dette kursus er ikke egnet for personer med glutenallergi eller laktoseallergi. Hvis du er allergisk overfor andre fødevarer, eller hvis du har en religiøs overbevisning der gør, at du ikke spiser visse fødevarer, så vil vi meget gerne vide det inden kursusstart.

Dette er ingredienserne, som vi vil bruge i opskrifterne: Hvedemel, sukker, salt, majsmel, mandler, sesamfrø, birkes, kanel, vanilje, hindbær, pektin, sødmælk (ko), frisk gær, smør, æg og chokolade.
Fredrick welcomed us and asked a bit of background knowledge. He was informative and well organised. The one improvement would have been to ask us all to give our name and where we came from. An icebreaker before we started. Everything else was spot on and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I joined the wienerbrød course with Frederic and it was a great experience and such a lovely morning!! The course itself was well done, we learnt every single step of the process of baking wienerbrød but we also baked so many other kinds of danish pastries with the same dough we had! Frederic follows you step by step and explained a lot of what we were doing revealing some small useful secrets in the kitchen..et the end we enjoyed together our baked pastries with a cup of coffee :) it was very much fun and I recommend anybody who is interested in taking part in Frederic's kitchen!

A great flow for the class with an overview of all facets of pastry making covered, even with great tips on how to do it home. So really a worthwhile class which I highly recommend.
Bonus is you go home with lots of pastry you have made that day and it looks and tastes amazing!
Can't wait to do another class with Frederic and the Terrible baking school again soon.
