General terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
You can use the following payment cards: Dankort, Visacard,
Mastercard and American Express.

All amounts are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT, unless
otherwise indicated. It is not possible to combine multiple discount
codes. There is no fee for using credit cards.

Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation of the
payment by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail of the order, then
check your spam folder or contact us. We use an approved payment system
and all payment information is sent encrypted. We therefore do not
receive information about your account or card information but only a
message that the class has been paid.

For group events the entire amount must be paid via bank transfer or
Mobilepay. Companies are asked to provide their CVR number (department,
contact person or other relevant information) when ordering, so we have
it for the invoice. Payment must be received before the start of the
class.

PERSONAL DATA
Personal information you provide to Terrible in connection with the
purchase will not be given to any third party. All information is stored
securely electronically with us. Name, telephone number and e-mail are
saved so that we can reach you in case of any changes or cancellations,
as well as to send you the recipes used in the class.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. It means
that you must have redeemed the gift card before the expiry date. The
class can take place at a later time. The recipient of the gift card
books a class on www.terrible.dk. At the time of payment the code that
is on the gift card is typed in the box: coupon code. The amount from
the gift card is automatically deducted from the amount in the shopping
basket.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to an exception in the Consumer Contracts Act, there is no
right of withdrawal for “recreational activities” if it is stated in the
agreement on which day or within which specific period the service in
question is to be performed (e.g. booking of tickets for a particular
event/class) This means that the purchase of the class is binding, and
that the class fee can not be refunded if you regret your purchase or
are unable to participate. See more on www.forbrug.dk. But you have the
option to sell/pass on the ticket to another person. However, this
should be reported to Terrible.

REBOOKING
When you have purchased a ticket for a class, the booking cannot be
changed or cancelled. This means that the purchase is binding and that
the class is non-refundable if you are unable to attend. But you have
the option to sell/pass on the ticket to another person. However, this
should be reported to Terrible. We may in certain cases try to help you
to move the booking to a different date, but the change must be made
latest 14 days prior to the originally class date, and we can’t
guarantee that it is possible for all classes.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
We reserve the right to cancel classes in case of low participation
or illness. It will, in case of cancellation be possible to move the
registration to another class with available places, or to get a full
refund. We contact all participants via phone or e-mail in case of
changes. However, we can not guarantee that cancelled classes will be
available at a later date. The class fee will only be refunded by us in
case of cancellation or transfer of the class. Upon refund, we ask you
to send your bank details so we can refund the amount.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you are allergic to specific foods, or if you have a religious
belief that makes you not eat certain foods, we would like to know it
before the start of the class. We do our best to meet all requests.

PRECAUTIONS
We take precautions for the pressure/typing errors, sold out classes,
and deviations from the written as well as the pictures shown.
